Expect shipments to domestic addresses to be delayed. In some areas we are seeing packages take up to 14 days to be delivered.
Domestic USPS service delivery windows are now being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
USPS Priority Mail and First Class Package Service two and three day delivery windows may now take up to 14 days respectively. Priority Mail Express and Priority Mail Local 1-day deliver windows will not change.
Effective April 15, 2020 - ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS TO OPEN COUNTRIES WILL BE SENT VIA DHL OR USPS - NO ECONOMY SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
As a result of temporary restrictions on international travel, please be advised that RnA ReSet can no longer guarantee the delivery time or delivery completion for any international shipment addressed to countries outside the United States imposing partial restrictions with significant delays.
COUNTRIES WITH FULL RESTRICTIONS ON SHIPPING INCLUDE: PHILIPPINES, CHINA, INDIA, FRANCE, SAUDIA ARABIA, HONDURAS.
What does this mean?
It means order and ship at your own risk. If you live in a country other than the United States, you take on the full risk for the timing and arrival of your shipment. While we are doing our best to ensure the packing and preparation of outgoing packages, RnA ReSet cannot influence the effectiveness of international delivery carriers in this situation which is putting major restrictions on their ability to deliver abroad in a timely fashion.
What could happen if I do ship to an international address?
Due to the limited resources available to ship out of the United States, your package could remain in a clearing warehouse inside of the United States while awaiting available shipping resources, or your package could be delayed once it reaches your country and there are limited shipping resources to carry your package from the point of entry to your destination address. As you are aware, there are no official timelines as to when commercial services will return to their normal capacities.
Will the contents of my package become spoiled if they are delayed for too long?
No. The formulas are not subject to spoilage and have sufficiently far-out expiration dates.
Can I get a refund if my package cannot be delivered in a reasonable time?
No. Beginning April 1, 2020 any package purchased and shipped internationally will be shipped as Freight On Board – meaning, the package is uninsured and ineligible for refund or replacement. Additionally:
- International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes
- Some countries add additional courier fees or shipping charges
- Additional charges for in-country courier fees, customs clearance and VAT are the customer’s responsibility
Refusing Your International Delivery because of Customs Charges
You, the customer, are responsible for all duties, taxes and additional fees imposed on you, the customer, by your country of residence.
If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping and we will only refund your order if we receive your return and the items are in pin-point perfect condition, both of which are RARE for international returns.
RnA ReSet reserves the right to deny replacements requests due to limited inventory and shipping delays. Refunds will only be issued for missing or damaged items, at the discretion of our Customer Service team.
